Each year, Kern County ACNL recognizes the outstanding contributions of nurse leaders in improving health care delivery, leading change, building healthy work environments, and many other areas of excellence in leadership and nursing.

ACNL Recognition Award winners are diverse in their backgrounds, experience, and talents, representing Chief Nursing Officers, nurse academics, emerging nurse leaders, and everything in between, as well as philanthropists who have made incredible contributions to the field of nursing.
